To enable a whole school approach to well being which consciously addresses emotional intelligence.
To develop the emotional intelligence of learners.
To focus on key life skills that will be needed in the future.
To develop the skills of learners to be able to select and use appropriate tools to support and enhance their learning and lives.
To develop the skills of learners so they are able to make their own assessment judgements about when and how to use mindfulness strategies.
To develop wellbeing and mindfulness to build resilience in learners.
